Bredbåndsalliansen's acquisition of Ventelo
An important step in Norwegian telecom consolidation was made when Bredbåndsalliansen acquired Ventelo´s Norwegian operation for 2.33B NOK and became the majority shareholder in Network Norway in December 2007.
